Meet Your Founder
Aydin D’Arcy
Founder | Creative Director
Aydin grew up in the event planning world, assisting her mother—an experienced event planner—behind the scenes at large-scale events from a young age. After planning her own wedding, she discovered how deeply she loved weddings in particular, how meaningful the creative process was for her, and how powerful it is to have someone you trust managing the logistics so you can stay fully present and enjoy the experience. That realization inspired her to build a planning company rooted in intention, organization, and genuine care.
She is deeply invested in creating weddings that feel authentic to each couple. Rather than following trends or a one-size-fits-all formula, Aydin focuses on protecting her clients’ vision and ensuring every element comes together seamlessly.
When she’s not planning weddings, Aydin can usually be found spending time with her husband, Trevor, and their beloved goldendoodle, Josie—the heart behind the brand and the most loyal “office assistant.”

Lead Planner
MeiMei discovered her love for event planning while organizing her own wedding in 2021. She realized the big day felt effortless thanks to meticulous planning, the perfect team, and the ability to trust the process — and now she’s passionate about helping every couple experience that same sense of ease and joy in the months leading up to and on their wedding day. She brings a reassuring, organized, and detail-oriented approach to every event. When she’s not planning weddings, MeiMei can be found exploring new restaurants in Philadelphia, traveling, practicing and teaching yoga, hiking, playing word games, or enjoying quiet nights at home.
